Waiver & Release of Liability

This Online Course Waiver and Release of Liability (the "Waiver") is entered into by the course purchaser and/or attendee ("Participant") and Adrian Roscow and Anti Aging Mastery, the provider of the online course ("Course Provider"), collectively referred to as the "Parties."

1. Acknowledgment and Assumption of Risk - The Participant understands and acknowledges that participation in the course involves engaging with online content, videos, exercises, and materials that may require time, effort, and focus. The Participant assumes full responsibility for their actions during the course and agrees that they are participating voluntarily.

2. No Guarantees of Results - The Participant understands that the Course Provider does not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or achievements from completing the course. Results may vary based on individual effort, understanding, and engagement.

3. Private Members Association - The Anti-Aging Mastery Course is offered within the framework of a Private Members Association. By purchasing this course, you will become a lifetime member of the Anti-Aging Mastery Private Members Association. A charge of £1 is included in the course price for this membership, granting you exclusive access and privileges associated with the Association.

4. Course Access - Upon purchase, you will receive access to the online course materials. The access is for your personal use only and is non-transferable.

5. Course Content and Copyright - The Participant acknowledges that the course materials provided, including but not limited to videos, documents, and assessments, are protected by copyright. The Participant agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or share course materials without prior written consent from the Course Provider.

6. Privacy and Data Collection - The Participant consents to the collection and processing of their personal information for the purpose of course administration, communication, and feedback. The Course Provider will handle the Participant’s data in accordance with its privacy policy, available at https://antiagingmastery.co.uk/terms-of-use.

7. Agreement to Terms - By enrolling in and participating in the course, the Participant affirms that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this waiver. The Participant acknowledges that they have voluntarily chosen to participate in the course and agree to comply with all applicable rules and instructions.

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy - The Participant understands that the course may have a specific cancellation and refund policy, which should be reviewed before enrolling. Refunds or cancellations may be granted in accordance with the Course Provider's established policy. We offer a 180-day money-back guarantee. You must be able to provide evidence of your lack of progress via the data you input in your Health Journal.

9. Governing Law - This Waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under this Waiver shall be resolved in the appropriate court.
